Positive: Location is walking distance to train station, 7-11 and toyota car rental company, amenities in the unit look new and work well.
Negative: No wardrobe provided in the bed rooms nor space to place the luggages. No hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels or clothes.

Positive: Comfortable beds, good shower pressure and consistent shower temperature. Well heated despite the February cold winter. View of mount fuji in the living room. Short walking distance of 7 minutes aways from Kawaguchiko station. 7-11 just a 1-2 min walk. The essential oil smell along the corridor of the room was very soothing. We were a group of 6 and were concerned that one shower may be hard to manage. However, as the shower pressure and water temperature was consistent and water heated up real fast, taking turns for shower made it felt less of a hassle. There were two toilets which turns out well.

Summary: Well heated and comfortable stay despite the February winter, great location and good shower.

Positive: I like everything about the house. Great view, great location, comfortable, great facilities, large parking lot, also near to 7e. It is also very convenient to use all the appliances because the owner prepared each videos of how to use the appliances in the house.
Negative: Everything was good. But i would like to suggest to add an iron to iron our clothes and also a mirror downstairs because it quite difficult to get ready every morning we must go upstairs to use a mirror while the bedrooms are all downstairs.
Summary: Overall it was a great experience staying here. Very recommended. The house super clean.

Negative: There is a kitchen, but the supermarket closes very early. If you arrive at Lake Kawaguchi too late, you can only go to the convenience store to buy food and cook.

Positive: The property is so spacious, clean and the kitchen is very fully equipped. The toilet has a bathtub with great water pressure and a view of Mount Fuji. The beds are big and comfortable. I liked how all the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen and living room are on the second floor. There are two WC and one shower/bath area. So it was good for a family of 5. We enjoyed cooking daily and hanging out at the living room watching Netflix at night. Out the front door is a priceless view of Mount Fuji and parking is just outside the house. Awesome property.

Summary: Love love love this place. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely come back here if we visit Fuji again.

Negative: Stairs to second floor bit steep. Also difficult to find the small road that leads to the house - it’s at the zebra crossing itself.
